KnowledgeBase to implement National eProperty
and Enterprise Data Warehouse for NAPIC, Ministry of
Finance

KnowledgeBase Sdn Bhd is awarded by NAPIC (National Property Information
Centre)-- an agency of The Valuation and Property Services Department (JPPH) of
the Ministry of Finance for the multi-million computerization project.
NAPIC is entrusted with the responsibility to provide accurate, comprehensive
and timely information as well as to portray the actual situation of demand and
supply of property to the government agencies, property developers and all
parties involved in property industry. By providing this valuable information,
it would assist the developers, planners and policy makers in making appropriate
planning of their project developments to be in tandem with the prevailing
property market environment.
The computerization project will involve implementation and integration of
Property Information System, Enterprise Information Portal, Enterprise Data
Warehouse, Business Intelligence Solution, Document Management, eCommerce and
GIS. The proposed solution will conform to MAMPU frameworks and guidelines. The
Data Warehouse is first of its kind project and largest ever to be implemented
in Malaysian Government. It will be employ world-class solutions/toolsranging
from Data Profiling & Cleasing, Data Transformation, Business Intelligence and
Data Mining tools.
The project is schedule to be completed in two years.
