Alert Notification, Traffic Lighting & Trend Analysis

Using the 'subscribe and publish' metaphor, users can subscribe to alerts so that iStrategi™ can publish via email or iStrategi™ portal. For example, if user wants to be notified if a certain measure is turns red. With Traffic-lighting, Alerting management and Exception based reporting, iStrategi™ can highlight problem areas quickly for swift resolution.

Built-in Reporting Engine

iStrategi™  is packaged with reporting designer and engine for ad-hoc reporting module. iStrategi™ also provides standard reports can be viewed and printed. Reports can be exported to PDF or Excel format. Users can create their own ad-hoc reports from using a report builder such as LogiReport or Microsoft Report Services. Adhoc hoc reporting is made easy with iStrategi™ reporting views and reports publisher which is integrated with LogiReport and Microsoft Report Services. Both LogiReport and Microsoft Report Services are free and easy to user.

Data Capture

iStrategi™ provides Pentaho ETL, a free data transfomer tool to extract data from operational systems. iStrategi™ also have a built-in web-based data entry forms to capture data manually. It also provides import facilities to import data from Excel and this can be scheduled to run automatically.

Target Setting and Scoring

With iStrategi™, users can setup multiple target such as Business As Usual, Industry Target, Best-Practice, Personal target and even Forecast value. Strategic Objectives and Measures can be weighted by relative importance and normalization process. iStrategi™ provides several scoring algorithms so that you can choose the most relevant one applicable for your organization. Scores and status can be optionally overwritten if required for manual intervention.
