Initiative Management

Initiative management is crucial for realizing strategic objectives. Users can maintain initiatives, detail tasks and visualise gantt charts. For each initiative instead of using iStrategi™ tasks, you can attach a MS Excel or MS Project document. The status of each task will be indicated as a traffic light color.
